Rules and Regulations: Please read through the following before booking your appointment!

• Confirmation Policy:

  Once your appointment is booked you will receive a confirmation email stating your appointment time, date and cost. It is your responsibility to keep up with your appointment.

• Late Policy:

  I adhere to a strict 15 minute grace period. If for any reason you are expecting to be more than 15 minutes late, please call me ahead of time! Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled/cancelled. I do not offer a late fee, but please be mindful of my time. If you are 30 minutes late and have NOT contacted me you are considered a NO-SHOW and your appointment will be cancelled.

• 24hr Cancellation Policy:

  We understand the events and unavoidable circumstances you may come across therefor, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment; please provide me with 24-hour notice. Giving notice will enable me to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time “NO-SHOWS” WILL BE UNABLE TO SCHEDULE FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

• Service Satisfaction:

  NO REFUNDS will be given!!! However, if you are not satisfied with the service you received, I require that you inform me before getting out of the chair and I will make every effort to correct it, as I value you as a client. Once you leave the shop, I cannot do anything for you!

• Payment Methods:

  Please be advised that the prices listed are a starting point and will vary from upgrades like length, sizing, and etc. I accept CREDIT CARDS “SQUARE READER”, CASH, CASH APP ($Alex5Royal). When paying with CASH APP, there is a 1% fee that you are responsible for. (Example if your service cost $75 then you are required to pay $75.75).
